Falls group apartments are very good. The place is great and excellent for living because it contains a safe environment. Services are fast. When you face a problem in your apartment such as air conditioner failure or light burning, just contact the office. Cristina is a friendly, very wonderful and beautiful lady too. Fernando is an active and great man here. Thank you guys of taking care of us.

Pelican's apartment is the best aparrment I have moved into, the apartment is clean, is family friendly and they respond quickly to resident's concern quickly. Miss Kristina is a very fantastic Manager with great customer service skills. No regrets moving here since I got here.
